All orders placed by 2:00pm Mountain Standard Time will go out the same day Monday - Friday.
Saturday and Sunday orders will go out Monday unless it is a holiday.
All orders placed after 2:00pm Mountain Standard Time will go out the follow business day.
All orders placed on a holiday will go out the next business day.


RIGS Fly Shop stands behind the products that we carry and sell. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, simply return the unused item in its original packaging. We are more than happy to provide you with a full refund, exchange, or store credit for the cost of the item plus tax if applicable within 30 days of your purchase.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted with original receipt under the following conditions:
Within 30 days of Purchase - Full Refund
After 30 days - In-Store Credit Only
After 60 days - NONREFUNDABLE
All "Discounted or SALE" Purchases are FINAL

All returns must be in original condition with packaging, tags and labels intact - UNUSED and UNWORN
Exchange: In the case of an exchange, we suggest placing a separate order for the item you want, and returning the old item for
a full refund. This way, we can guarantee that your new order will arrive promptly, and that the desired items will be in stock. Once we receive a returned product with original packaging (unused, no damage with original tags), we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. Please be aware some credit card companies may take up to two months to reflect a refund on your statement. If you would like the refund transaction number, please give our administrator a call at 970-626-4460 x 705.

When returning items to RIGS we try to make your return process as easy as possible. If you would like to return an order by mail, please include your RIGS Invoice or Order number with the package, and send to:
